Job summary

Jim Hudson Automotive Group is seeking an Office Scanner to convert physical documents, products, and records into accurate digital records and track entries for our busy dealerships. The role includes light clerical tasks and data entry, with automotive office experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Automotive office experience is a plus
• Extremely good organizational skills
• Computer proficient
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment
• Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform light clerical duties to support the operation of our daily business including data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Run routine paperwork between multiple dealerships and other businesses.
• Sort, organize, and box physical records for long-term storage or securely shred/dispose of documents in compliance with retention policies.
• Various other duties as required by manager.
