Qualifications

• Automotive office experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer proficient with good attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform light clerical duties including data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Run routine paperwork between multiple dealerships and other businesses.
• Sort, organize, and box physical records for long-term storage or secure disposal in compliance with retention policies.
• Other duties as required by manager.
