Job summary

Samsung HME America is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for Digital Radiology to support the Western United States (AZ/CA/NV) with up to 75% travel. You will provide clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale processes, partnering with Sales, Dealers, and Channel Sales to drive growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

1+ years in clinical education/lead technologist or QA/QC tech.
Trauma or surgery experience preferred.
Able to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
Willing to travel up to 75% and occasional weekends.
Strong computer and analytic skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and key account stakeholders to drive consistent clinical performance objectives.
Support Sales and Dealer training initiatives to ensure high levels of product knowledge and clinical differentiation.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to meet client training requirements and support sales initiatives.
Provide management with timely updates on issues or concerns that may impact product sales and support within the channel.
Collaborate with product management and service teams to share field feedback and improve product performance.
Deliver clinical presentations and provide support at scientific meetings and trade shows.
Capture training photos and videos, when possible, in compliance with hospital guidelines.
Work with strategic partners to ensure successful integration and support activities.
Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to resolve service-related issues quickly.
Maintain all site surveys, monthly activity tracking and training documentation.
Responsible for booking travel and filing expense reports in a timely manner.
