Job summary

Samsung HME America is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support the Digital Radiography market across AZ/CA/NV with up to 75% travel. You will provide clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale processes, partnering with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and the Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of clinical experience, ARRT RT(R) credential, and the ability to travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• 1+ years in clinical education/lead technologist/QA/QC tech preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% and stay overnight as needed.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical/technical support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
• Deliver clinical presentations and training at meetings and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Dealers, and Channel Sales Manager to drive growth.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting and product integration activities.
• Maintain training documentation and travel itineraries.
