The role provides clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process, collaborating with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical education or lead technologist/QA/QC preferred (1+ years).
• Ability to travel up to 75% including weekends.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
• Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Must comply with hospital credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and key account stakeholders.
• Support training initiatives to ensure high product knowledge and clinical differentiation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to meet client training needs.
• Provide management with timely updates on issues that may impact product sales.
• Collaborate with product management and service teams to share field feedback and improve product performance.
• Deliver clinical presentations and support at scientific meetings and trade shows.
• Capture training photos/videos in line with hospital guidelines.
• Work with strategic partners to ensure successful integration and support activities.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting to resolve service-related issues.
