Job summary

Samsung HME America is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support the Digital Radiography market across AZ/CA/NV, with mainly Western US coverage. The role requires up to 75% travel, some weekends, and collaboration with Sales, Dealers, and Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include clinical presentations, product training, on-site troubleshooting, and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required, ARRT RT(R) credential preferred or required.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• 1+ years in clinical education/lead technologist/QA/QC tech preferred.
• Must travel up to 75% and maintain hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
• Deliver clinical presentations at meetings and trade shows.
• Train and support dealers and customers on system use.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting and field feedback to improve product performance.
• Maintain training documentation and coordinate travel arrangements.
