Job summary

Samsung HME America Inc., dba NeuroLogica Corp., is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support the Digital Radiography market across AZ/CA/NV. This role provides clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, partnering with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and the Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Travel up to 75% with some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, BA/BS and above preferred, ARRT RT(R) required.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in clinical education/lead technologist/QA/QC tech preferred.
• Trauma or surgery experience a plus.
• Must be able to be compliant with hospital credentialing requirements.
• Ability to travel on short notice and stay overnight as needed.
• Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record are mandatory.
• Must pass background and drug screening (pre- and post-employment).
• Must be self-motivated, results-oriented and team-focused.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Computer & Analytic Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, IE, and Google Chrome.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
• Support Sales Representatives, Dealers, and Channel Sales Manager to drive growth.
• Deliver clinical presentations and support at scientific meetings and trade shows.
• Collaborate with product management and service teams to share field feedback.
• Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to resolve service-related issues quickly.
• Maintain site surveys, monthly activity tracking and training documentation.
• Book travel and file expense reports in a timely manner.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain required certifications.
