Job summary

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service seeks a Project Manager II to oversee medium-to-large projects within the Office of Data & Accountability. You will plan, implement, and track deliverables, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve digital content, web apps, and reporting systems that support education and accountability initiatives.

You will work under the Educational Content Team Leader, coordinating with IT, marketing, and educational units to ensure timely delivery, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in project management, web development, digital comms, or IT in agri/extension setting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of projects under supervision.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with faculty, specialists, educators, and staff to gather requirements and coordinate implementation.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications, educational resources, and reporting systems.
• Assist in QA testing and validation of websites and online tools.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for new systems.
• Provide training and technical assistance on websites, tools, and analytics.
