Job summary

Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service seeks a Project Manager II to assist in planning, developing, and delivering digital projects and reporting systems. You will work under the Educational Content Team Leader, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop web-based applications and educational resources that advance accountability initiatives.

The role includes QA testing, documentation, and training for faculty and staff, with emphasis on usability, accessibility, and analytics-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, PM, Communications, or related field.
• Five years of related experience in project management, web development, digital comms, or IT in an agricultural/extension field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.,
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications to keep on schedule.
• Collaborate with faculty, specialists, educators, and staff to gather requirements and coordinate implementation.
• Assist with front-end web development and UI enhancements for data collection and educational resources.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials for new apps and reporting tools.
• Provide training and technical assistance on websites, apps, and analytics tools.
• Maintain and improve web-based data collection systems and related technologies.
