Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience translating business and user requirements into project scope, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and implementation activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of digital insight projects, including scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and risks.
• Gather and document business requirements with customer-facing teams; translate into deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clarifying priorities, ownership, decisions, and outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and report status to stakeholders and senior leaders.
