Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience translating business and user requirements into project scope, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and implementation activities.
• Ability to use data, user feedback, and adoption measures to guide decisions and evaluate project outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of digital insight projects, including scope, responsibilities, schedules, dependencies, milestones and risks.
• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with customer-facing teams, product owners, team and insights analysts; translate them into clear project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, creating clarity on priorities, ownership, decisions, and expected outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and results, identify significant deviations, recommend corrective actions, and provide concise status, risk, and decision reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.
