Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist Digital projects by analyzing requirements, coordinating with Digital teams, and helping ensure successful project implementation. You will support project managers with requests, data collection, and schedule maintenance, while developing configurations and maintaining project plans to meet customer needs.

This is an entry-level role that requires a bachelor’s degree and offers exposure to healthcare IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 0–1 year of similar work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Digital projects by analyzing requirements and collaborating with Digital teams.
• Assist in project prioritization, resource allocation, and regular portfolio reviews.
• Research, collect, and evaluate project data for reporting and evaluation.
• Design and develop configurations to meet customer requirements using the approved solution assessments.
• Develop, maintain, update, and oversee project plans and schedules using tools.
