We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Website Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the management and smooth operation of various digital projects and provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact for a variety of tasks.
The Website Project Manager will oversee the Web Development Team, plan, monitor, and audit ongoing projects to ensure alignment with client requirements and timelines. You will follow meticulous processes to ensure quality and consistency in website and content development, managing tasks through checklists and ensuring timely completion and submission of all deliverables.
Knowledge of WordPress website design and development is important, as you will oversee multiple website developments. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You must also manage monthly tasks efficiently to maintain service quality.
This role involves communicating with US clients in English, so excellent spoken and written English skills are required. You will manage website projects from start to finish, including coordinating content, feedback, and ideas with clients.
Experience with ZOHO CRM is a plus but not necessary, as training will be provided. Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
