Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Digital Project Manager for a role based in New York, NY with a remote work arrangement. You will guide digital advertising and creative projects from planning through delivery, coordinating production, development, commerce, and related teams.

The position requires strong project leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and momentum.

Formación

• Five+ years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, or media.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of creative development and production finishing processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with accountability and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee digital advertising and creative assignments from initial request through completion, ensuring scope, timing, resources, budget, and quality expectations remain aligned.
• Coordinate internal contributors and external service providers to clarify ownership, facilitate decisions, and keep project activity moving toward established goals.
• Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, status materials, and tracking documentation for stakeholders.
• Guide the receipt, organization, distribution, review, and final delivery of creative materials across digital production workflows.
• Analyze dependencies, risks, capacity concerns, and process gaps, then partner with stakeholders to resolve obstacles and improve delivery practices.

Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This contract opportunity is based in New York, NY, with a Remote work arrangement. The position will guide digital advertising and creative projects from initial planning through final delivery while coordinating contributors across production, development, commerce, and related business functions. Success in this role requires strong project leadership, thoughtful communication, and the ability to bring structure and momentum to several priorities at once.

Compensation:

$45 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Project Manager:

• Oversee digital advertising and creative assignments from initial request through completion, ensuring that scope, timing, resources, budget, and quality expectations remain aligned.
• Coordinate internal contributors and external service providers to clarify ownership, facilitate decisions, and keep project activity moving toward established goals.
• Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, status materials, and tracking documentation that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into progress and upcoming milestones.
• Guide the receipt, organization, distribution, review, and final delivery of creative materials across digital production workflows.
• Analyze dependencies, risks, capacity concerns, and process gaps, then partner with stakeholders to resolve obstacles and improve delivery practices.

Qualifications and Skills for the Digital Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of project management experience within marketing, advertising, media, entertainment, creative services, or production.
• Demonstrated ability to lead several simultaneous projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and interconnected areas of work.
• Practical understanding of creative development, production finishing processes, asset administration, and the movement of materials from request through final delivery.
• Excellent organizational, strategic thinking, communication, and relationship building skills, supported by accountability, initiative, attention to detail, composure, openness to feedback, and the ability to work with limited supervision; advertising technology experience is beneficial.
