On behalf of our client a computer technology company,we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager IV to oversee and execute strategic digital initiatives in support of our digital transformation and operational goals. This role will serve in managing cross-functional digital projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assigned digital strategy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
• Serve as tactical PM support to other Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including business cases, requirement documents, project plans, process flows, RACI charts, and status reports.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes to evaluate digital solutions and support vendor selection activities.
• Analyze operational data and insights from multiple sources to provide strategic recommendations to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders, ensuring consistent updates and alignment.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of user-focused “get-help” conversational content strategies.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve cost, revenue, and profit goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Education and Skillsets:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5+years of experience managing digital strategy or consumer-facing technology projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA for project and task management.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes, and digital solution implementation.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for developing business cases, flowcharts, and RACI matrices.
• Experience supporting Oracle Digital or WeChat program initiatives is a plus.
