Location: Remote - Europe (Open to applicants located across timezones GMT (+/-4))

Recently united with 10up – now the brand of our WordPress practice – we are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

A Senior Project Manager at Fueled is a strategic contributor to every project and a driver for successful client delivery. Join a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team that has been pushing the boundaries of enterprise-level projects for over 12 years.

You’ll have ownership and input on innovative projects and ongoing support engagements, with a focus on balanced workloads through dedicated resource management. Our supportive Client Delivery structure and established Project Management processes allow for autonomy.

What you will do:

• Manage 4-7 active projects daily, owning project scopes, plans, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and scope/expectation adjustments.
• Track and analyze project progress and budgets, escalate concerns or risks, and work with leadership to mitigate issues.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by engaging cross-discipline teams and enforcing QA standards to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead discovery sessions (onsite and remote) to define project requirements and understand client business goals.
• Identify strategic opportunities to collaborate with the Fueled Account Management Team and build long-term client relationships.

About you:

• Experience delivering full-scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, preferably in an agency environment, with practical WordPress knowledge.
• Proven ability to deescalate project risks through collaborative solutions with team members and leadership.
• Primarily client-facing roles, acting as the main contact for requests, escalations, updates, and senior consultation.
• Effective leadership of cross-disciplinary teams across strategy, design, engineering, QA, and support, motivating the team to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, internally and externally.
