Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about driving digital projects forward with clarity and purpose. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in bridging strategy, design, and technology—supporting delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary workstreams.
You’ll manage digital engagements through all phases—from scoping and planning to design, development, and launch—with a focus on quality, alignment, and measurable impact. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across time zones, collaborating directly with clients, internal leads, and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines project management rigor with business insight, excels at structuring ambiguity, and knows how to lead teams through detail-heavy execution while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities:
●Manage digital projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
●Develop and maintain project plans, resource assignments, and milestone tracking in collaboration with project and discipline leads.
●Drive day-to-day execution—facilitating cross-functional team collaboration and ensuring teams stay focused, informed, and aligned.
●Serve as a main point of contact for clients on project progress, updates, risks, and decisions.
●Identify potential issues and propose practical, data-informed solutions to keep projects on track.
●Develop and maintain support documentation and reporting (e.g., weekly status, stakeholder presentations, post-mortems).
●Collaborate with senior PMs and department leads to ensure operational excellence, continuous improvement, and exceptional client experience.
●Help uphold accountability across distributed teams while fostering a culture of trust, curiosity, and results.
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field.
●6–8 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in project management for digital or technology engagements.
●Proven ability to work with clients, internal teams, and senior leaders to drive execution and deliver value.
●Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
●Strong problem solving skills, ability to think through and provide solutions to overcome project hurdles to ensure progress always continues
●Strong experience with the digital development lifecycle, including UX/design, engineering, and testing processes.
●Confident, concise communicator with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate decisions.
●Comfortable working across time zones and leading distributed teams.
●Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
●Consulting, agency, or client services experience preferred.
●Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
●Agile delivery experience and/or certification beneficial.
●Familiarity with CMS, CRM, HRM, or ERP implementations.
Tools & Technology:
●Experience with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
Other Requirements:
●Remote position with occasional U.S. travel (a few times annually).
●Flexibility to support meetings across time zones, particularly with U.S.-based clients and teams.
