Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Digital Program Lead (DPL) in Woburn, MA. You will own the DT roadmap, partner with program management, and lead cross-functional teams to support startup through sustainment of DT initiatives. 100% onsite position based in Woburn, MA with relocation available per policy.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Master’s with 5+ years, plus active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8+ years’ relevant experience or a Master’s with 5+ years.
• Active U.S. government Secret security clearance required and U.S. citizenship.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital touchpoint for leadership and teams on transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis for DT program challenges.
• Manage metrics, EVMS, staffing, and provide status reports and reviews.
• Partner with engineering and proposals to capture requirements and plans.
• Oversee the Program AOP and ensure compliance with security regs (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
• Direct DT resources and external collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.
