RTX in Woburn, MA seeks a Digital Program Lead to own the DT roadmap and execution for strategic programs. This on-site role requires collaboration with program management, engineering, and partners to enable digital transformation across the lifecycle from startup to sustainment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of related experience, with a U.S. Secret clearance. Relocation to the MA area is possible per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math or STEM fields.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience or a master’s with 5 years of related experience.
• U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DT touchpoint for SBU leadership and program teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap for scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis for DT programs.
• Manage performance metrics, EVMS, staffing, and regular status reviews.
• Oversee compliance with security and infrastructure regulations (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
