Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Digital Program Lead (DPL) in the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU to own the DT roadmap and execution for program work environments in Woburn, MA. This onsite role requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship, with relocation eligibility.

The DPL will serve as the DT touchpoint for leadership and PM teams, driving digital transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM fields and minimum 8 years directly related experience (or a Master’s with 5 years).
• Must hold a U.S. Government Secret clearance and be eligible for read-on status.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, and/or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, PM, and SSBU Directors as a strategic partner for digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focused on opportunities, cost, and schedule control.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analyses to resolve DT program challenges.
• Manage KPIs, financials, EVMS, and staffing with regular status reports.
• Partner with engineering and proposals to capture requirements and create executable plans.
• Oversee the Program AOP, track capital and expense spending, ensure security/compliance (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
• Direct DT resources and third‑party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.
• 100% on-site presence.
