Aerotek is hiring a General Production Worker for the 1st shift at our Hartland, WI facility. You will operate a Tecnau digital production machine, load paper, enter orders, and monitor performance while counting and stacking products.

The role requires light lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for long periods in a loud, climate-controlled environment. The position is contract to hire with onsite training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of continuous employment with a single employer.
• Able to stand for extended periods while monitoring production equipment.
• Capable of light lifting up to 20 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills including opening PDFs and emails.
• Ability to count accurately to 10 for verification and stacking tasks.
• Strong attendance record with references from previous employers.
• Able to work in a loud, fast-paced production environment with multiple machines.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and dress code requirements.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate a designated Tecnau digital production machine per procedures.
• Load paper rolls at the front of the machine using safe methods.
• Enter production orders and verify job details before starting runs.
• Monitor the machine continuously and address basic issues as they arise.
• Observe product flow and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Count finished products and stack neatly for packaging or processing.
• Perform light lifting up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Use a computer for supporting tasks (PDFs, emails).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for client tours and facility standards.
• Collaborate with onsite Tecnau technicians to minimize downtime.
• Support general production activities including packing and basic labor tasks.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Participate in cross-training to learn additional machines.
