Required Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience supporting digital production, digital studio operations, digital project coordination, or digital creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of the digital content ecosystem, including digital asset management, production processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing schedules, trackers, documentation, and production administration.
• Proficiency with Airtable and other project management or workflow tools.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, production, and business teams.
• Experience within large enterprise or consumer brands preferred.

Overview

This role helps supports the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Digital Studio by coordinating intake, workflows, timelines, and digital production administration. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Production Manager and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are organized and work moves efficiently from request through delivery. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting digital creative, content, or production teams and has a strong understanding of how work flows across the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support intake processes, project setup, and workflow coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain project trackers in Airtable, schedules, documentation, and operational tools to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate production administration, including contracts, purchase orders, reviews, scheduling, and workback plans.
• Manage digital assets, uploads, and file organization to support efficient project execution.
• Partner closely with Producers, Designers, Copywriters, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain operational consistency and support continuous improvement of studio processes and workflows.
• Support Airtable, Figma and other platforms used to manage work, creative, assets, and reporting.
