Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Digital Production Artist to join the Pottery Barn brand’s Creative Production team. You will prep and optimize high-volume product assets to support site performance and conversions.

You will collaborate with eCommerce and cross-functional partners to maintain photography standards and timely deliveries. The role requires precision, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on a digital asset production team for an ecommerce brand.
• Proficient in Web Content Management tools; strong in Excel, Airtable, Adobe Bridge and Photoshop; able to learn internal systems.
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Adapt to changing timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prep, optimize, organize, upload high-volume product assets.
• Manage asset configuration and page builds in the CMS.
• Conduct QA testing for ongoing and seasonal launches.
• Monitor website and resolve issues.
• Anticipate workload challenges and coordinate with digital partners for timely file deliveries.
