Job summary

The role supports the product development lifecycle by triaging issues, conducting research, and delivering data-driven insights to inform backlog prioritization and strategy. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, test support, and regular communications with stakeholders to ensure product success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, marketing or relates fields
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of relevant industry experience (aviation, digital, campaign management)

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and insights that help inform product strategy
• Provide quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and insights to inform product backlog prioritization
• Support product playbacks with an emphasis on product metrics
• Assist with general support for advertising campaign management
• Support new campaign launches by testing the customer experience, management of creative placements and URLs
• Conduct product meetings: completes product tracking/ analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding product progress, issues, and risks
• Partner with business, IT, and leadership to facilitate product success
• Review and support test data, test plan, and test scenarios
• Develop and maintain business rules for the product
• Ability to work across time zones as needed
• Triage product issues to help inform the product backlog
• Bug/ defect testing and research
