Job summary

PTR Global in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Digital/Data Analytics professional for a contract role to support the product development lifecycle by triaging issues, researching data, and delivering insights to inform backlog prioritization.

You will collaborate with business, IT, and leadership across time zones, analyze campaigns, conduct tests, and help shape product strategy using Cognos, Tableau, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant industry experience (aviation, digital, campaign management).
• Proficient in data analysis and using BI tools to support product decisions.
• Experience triaging issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and insights to inform product strategy.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform product backlog prioritization.
• Support product playbacks with emphasis on product metrics.
• Assist with advertising campaign management support.
• Support new campaign launches by testing customer experience, management of creative placements, and URLs.
• Conduct product meetings: create analysis reports and report progress, issues, and risks to management.
• Partner with business, IT, and leadership to facilitate product success.
• Review and support test data, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain business rules for the product.
• Ability to work across time zones as needed.
• Triage product issues to help inform backlog.
• Bug/defect testing and research.
