Daikin Applied is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Product Owner - Planning to lead the digital enablement and optimization of planning processes across the enterprise. This role is within our Digital Supply Chain Organization and will own the roadmap and delivery for planning tools such as Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) and LeanDNA. The role involves driving alignment between digital strategy and operational excellence, partnering with stakeholders across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Procurement to deliver innovative solutions that enhance forecast accuracy, material availability, and agility.

Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, MN

What you will do:
1. Serve as the product owner for planning systems, focusing on Oracle ERP modules and LeanDNA.
2. Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap aligned with supply chain transformation goals.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and prioritize initiatives.
4. Write user stories with acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog.
5. Work with solution architects, developers, and data engineers to implement solutions.
6. Promote automation and best practices to improve planning visibility and performance.
7. Lead UAT, monitor system performance, and optimize configurations.
8. Provide training and support for end-users.
9. Stay current on supply chain tech, Oracle releases, and LeanDNA capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, IS, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in supply chain planning or ERP roles
- 2+ years as Product Owner or systems lead
- No work visa sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP planning modules
- Experience with demand/supply analytics and reporting
- Background in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Oracle Planning or LeanDNA
- Oracle Certification
