Job summary
Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Digital Product Owner to manage the product backlog and delivery priorities, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and support Agile delivery for dealer and customer-facing digital products.
The role focuses on backlog ownership, stakeholder partnership, release management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes in a dynamic financial services environment.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of digital product management, business strategy, or related roles.
- Experience managing product backlogs and Agile delivery.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital product ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate release planning, testing, training, and deployment readiness.
- Partner with architecture, UX, data, security, and delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions.
- Translate business objectives into product priorities, features, and measurable outcomes.
