Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Product Owner to guide digital product strategy and backlog while collaborating with business and technology teams. You’ll translate business needs into user stories, prioritize delivery, and enable agile execution to maximize value for dealers and customers.

In this role you’ll partner with architecture, UX, data, and security teams, drive release readiness, measure outcomes, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, business strategy, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, Salesforce, or related certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value, balancing risk, dependencies, effort, and delivery timelines.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to support successful delivery.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, communications, training, and deployment readiness activities.
• Track product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and key metrics to support continuous improvement.
