Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, business strategy, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting product implementations, testing, releases, and process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Backlog Ownership & Prioritization: Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value, balancing risk, dependencies, effort, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure requirements meet business, regulatory, security, and operational needs.
