Qualifications

• 4+ years of Digital Product Management experience.
• AEM Experience preferred; similar experience considered.
• Experience in digital within an enterprise-level environment.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with story writing for product deliverables.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters to run offshore teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Consult on moderately complex initiatives in Digital Product Management and contribute to large-scale planning.
• Review and analyze Digital Product Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Digital Product Management.
• Coordinate with the ExDO product team to lead delivery of prioritized work across design, build, and testing of new capabilities.
• Lead teams with an agile mindset to drive digital innovation from ideation to market.
• Establish product framework, routines, and training to meet enterprise agile methodologies.
• Communicate capacity, impediments, progress, and learnings across product and scrum teams.
• Support troubleshooting across technical and data issues to ensure swift resolution.
• Keep teams updated on changing policies and standards to maintain risk awareness.
• Identify outside impacts to the product and drive continuous improvement.
