Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AEM Product Lead / Digital Experience Lead to drive a B2B MarTech transformation across the AEMaaCS stack. You will own web experience architecture, delivery standards, and data-collection readiness, ensuring measurement and journey orchestration across multiple web properties.

Location: Remote/Hybrid – Dallas preferred. The role requires 8+ years in digital experience with 5+ years hands-on AEM in enterprise contexts, plus expertise in analytics and edge delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital experience or web platform delivery, incl. 5+ years with AEM in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Web SDK and Tags for data collection and consent management.
• Experience integrating web platforms with Real-Time CDP, Analytics/CJA, and Journey Optimizer.

Responsibilities

• Own web experience roadmap and delivery sequencing.
• Architect AEMaaCS solutions for enterprise-scale digital experiences.
• Define governance and architecture standards for web experience platforms.
• Instrument web KPIs and partner with Analytics for baselines and reporting.
• Drive migration, enablement, and Center of Excellence collaboration.
