Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, and translate stakeholder feedback into features while reporting to the Director of Digital Products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 4+ years of experience working as part of a digital product team.
• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
• Experience facilitating the digital product development lifecycle (vision, prioritization, requirements, testing, launch, analytics).
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
• Experience incorporating user and stakeholder feedback into products.

Responsibilities

• Leads day to day planning, prioritization, and execution for multiple product streams.
• Directs one or more product delivery pods to execute roadmaps (e.g., Provider Data Management, Web Services, Faculty Scheduling).
• Builds relationships with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.
• Maintains product roadmap and strategy; navigates prioritization with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Defines and measures product success criteria and metrics.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Clinical, Analytics, UX) to develop solutions.
• May supervise contractors.
