Citi is seeking a Digital PM Analyst to leverage data to continually optimize the platform and develop new products and services. You will partner with engineering to transform pain points into prioritized requirements, using usability metrics and competitive analysis to align platform needs with business goals.

The role operates in a global matrixed environment, requiring proactive innovation, risk-aware decisions, and collaboration across teams to drive platform performance and roadmap

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product management or analytics.
• Ability to think on your feet and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coaching/new recruits and working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and services and optimize the platform using data.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate pain points into prioritized requirements.
• Understand and operate within a global matrixed organization.
• Innovate and seek new solutions for platform improvements.
• Contribute to platform product portfolio and roadmap.
