Job summary

American Retirement Association is seeking a Digital Product Manager to oversee the execution, coordination, and ongoing operation of our software products, starting with Ask ERISA and the ERISA Outline Book platforms. You will drive cross-functional product launches and ongoing operations with Marketing, IT, Education, Sales, and Customer Care to ensure well-documented execution and measurable success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role supporting software products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SaaS and subscription product operations, including provisioning, account lifecycle, and usage monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI-powered or retrieval-based software products and related cost/performance considerations.
• Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Feature and roadmap execution: evaluate new feature requests and maintain a prioritization framework.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect Marketing, IT, Education, Sales Operations, and Customer Care for launches and operations.
• Operations and documentation: maintain SOPs for product and account lifecycle operations and establish evaluation/launch standards.
• Customer and field input: equip sales and care with product knowledge and translate feedback into backlog improvements.
• Metrics and reporting: monitor adoption, engagement, and resource usage; report risks and tradeoffs.
