Pekin Insurance Careers is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the digital product vision and roadmap, partnering with business and IT to deliver customer-centric software solutions. You will guide a product team, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes using data-driven decision making.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with digital applications, and Agile product management. Hybrid work with a focus on collaboration and delivering value to customers in a regulated insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Experience leading digital applications or front-end software teams is a plus.
• Agile and product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the Digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital applications.
• Lead research, establish fast feedback loops, and align with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to translate customer needs into features.
• Coach team members and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT risk, security, and QA practices.
• Manage budgets and vendor SLAs to support business objectives.
