Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Digital Product Manager, Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant to define, deliver, and manage product lifecycles within Allstate's portfolio. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs, validating assumptions through discovery and prioritizing investments for launches and communications.

The role partners with stakeholders to drive customer and business value, coordinate across Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, CX, Marketing, Legal, and Technology teams, and lead

Qualifications

• 3+ years product management experience.
• Insurance product domain expertise.
• Policy administration ecosystem knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience delivering business outcomes through a product mindset.
• Experience with Agile tools (VersionOne, Agility, or similar platforms).
• Coaching and mentoring junior Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery.
• Author, test, prioritize, and accept user stories.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure product performance and inform strategy.
• Use customer insights, market analysis, and data to guide product decisions.
• Lead discovery, framing, prioritization, and delivery activities.
• Translate business problems and desired outcomes into product capabilities and delivery plans.
• Represent the voice of the customer through research, feedback, and validation activities.
• Partner across business and technology teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, State Management, and Technology teams.
• Support product launches, state expansions, pricing and underwriting enhancements, customer experience improvements, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
