Job summary

The Stow Company in Holland, MI is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to advance our proprietary digital tools, including closet design software, AR features, and AI-enabled products. You will shepherd the product roadmap from planning through launch, partnering with product leadership and development teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital product management or ownership.
Experience with SaaS platforms, design or configurator tools, 3D/AR, or AI-enabled products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to expert on Stow's proprietary digital products for internal teams, dealers, and customers.
Facilitate execution of the defined digital product roadmap from kickoff through launch.
Gather and synthesize feedback, champion usability, and drive product improvements.
Bridge stakeholders and development teams, communicating release plans and adoption resources.
