Job summary

• Experience with SaaS platforms, design or configurator tools, 3D/AR, or AI-enabled products a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or multi-channel distribution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert on Stow’s proprietary digital products for internal teams, dealers, and customers.
• Monitor product performance, triage bugs and enhancement requests, and prioritize work.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and documentation across all products.
