Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to advance digital products and platforms. The role collaborates with the Product Manager and other analysts to translate consumer experiences into actionable improvements across departments including Analytics, Marketing, IT, and Operations.

The Analyst reports to the Manager and works with Senior/Lead Product Analysts and Product Managers to ensure alignment with the overall product vision and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in large, corporate systems development and implementation activities in a MIS environment.
• Experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of digital products, application support, development processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product team to understand roadmap and execute against it.
• Gather feedback from consumers and internal users to enhance the product.
• Analyze customer behavior and product data to uncover insights and improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems.
• Provide analytical support to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support testing and configuration to meet business objectives.
