Job summary

Memorial Hermann seeks a Digital Product Analyst to advance its digital product and platform in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will work with the Product Manager and analysts to translate consumer journeys into actionable improvements, partnering with Consumer Experience, Analytics, Marketing, IT, and operations.

You will contribute to analyzing customer behavior, building business cases from data, and ensuring projects align with the product vision and business goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in large, corporate MIS environments.
• Experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation in healthcare settings preferred.
• Good understanding of digital products, application support, development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze product data to surface opportunities and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product team to understand roadmap and execute against it.
• Gather feedback from consumers and internal users to enhance product.
• Analyze behavior and data to improve conversion, engagement and experience.
• Collaborate across departments to solve customer problems and translate requirements into solutions.
• Support testing, configuration, and vendor coordination to meet business objectives.
