Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or two years of related experience.
• Experience in large corporate systems development and implementation activities (MIS) in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Understand product roadmap with Product team and help execute against it.
• Gather feedback from users and analyze data to surface opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze customer behavior and product data to identify insights and drive conversions, engagement, and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and translate requirements into solutions.
• Support testing and configuration to ensure alignment with business objectives.
