Infinum North America is seeking a Digital Producer to join our team. This role will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of experience designers, visual designers, and developers to create exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

Infinum is a global digital agency with US and European team members.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who learns quickly and enjoys a deadline-driven environment working with talented creative teams. They are a detail-oriented, solution-minded thinker who is dedicated to meeting our clients’ goals and will proactively seek to improve Infinum NA’s business and processes. They are strategic and think outside of the box. They have a positive attitude, a good vibe, and are enthusiastic about their work. They have 5+ years of digital production experience and are comfortable with complex product builds that have timelines of 3 to 18+ months. They are comfortable with remote work and supporting West Coast clients and timezones. They are a curious human.

Qualifications & Experience

• Managed and/or created large-scale websites and applications
• Produced large, complex mobile applications
• Driven software build projects with robust UX, UI, and multiple 3rd party integrations
• Led the strategic, creative, and technical execution of digital projects throughout their lifecycle
• Served as the main contact between clients and internal teams, demonstrating experience in client management
• Generated and managed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Identified and proactively managed project risks
• Communicated effectively within agency and client teams
• Forecasted resource needs to prevent issues
• Used tools like Productive, Asana, JIRA for task and bug tracking
• Experience with remote work—capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Provided QA throughout design, build, launch, and post-launch phases
• Worked with international teams (agency and client)
