An experienced digital producer to take part in managing digital products for clients across the globe.

Infinum NA is seeking a Digital Producer to join our team. This role will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of experience designers, visual designers, and developers to create exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

Infinum is a global digital agency with US and European team members.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who learns quickly and enjoys a deadline-driven environment working with talented creative teams. They are a detail-oriented, solution-minded thinker who is dedicated to meeting our clients’ goals and will proactively seek to improve Infinum NA’s business and processes. They are strategic and think outside of the box. They have a positive attitude, a good vibe, and are enthusiastic about their work. They have 5+ years of digital production experience and are comfortable with complex product builds that have timelines of 3 to 18+ months. They are comfortable with remote work and the support of West Coast clients and timezone. They are a curious human.

Qualifications & Experience

• Managed and/or created large-scale websites and applications
• Produced large, complex mobile applications
• Drove software build projects that include robust UX, UI, and multiple 3rd party integrations
• Drove the strategic, creative, and technical execution of a digital project throughout its life cycle
• Served as the main contact between clients and internal teams and has the battle scars to prove it
• Generated and managed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Identified and successfully managed project risks that ended with a proactive solution
• Experience communicating up and down the agency and client team
• Identified and communicated upcoming resource needs in advance of problems occurring
• Managed tasks and bug tracking using Productive, Asana, JIRA, or other similar tools
• Remote work experience—Infinum NA is a distributed company that seeks capable, experienced candidates able to work independently when needed but also equally well as part of a larger team
• Provided QA for projects throughout the design, build, launch, and post-launch phases
• Experience working with international teams (both agency and client)

The selection process

You will go through a selection process consisting of multiple stages to ensure a good fit for both you and Infinum:

1. Initial Interview: You talk to the Talent Partner leading you through the selection process. You get to know more about Infinum, your potential future project, and your position while we also get to know you. We’ll also take a closer look at your general Project Management skills.
2. Second Interview: You talk to our Director of Production and get to know Infinum even further. We delve deeper into your skills and experiences and discuss your technical expertise and potential future at Infinum in more detail.
3. Final Interview: You talk to the Director of Production again, joined by the US CEO, and the Project Management Team Director or the CDO. You get a deeper insight into the position and our expectations, while we get the opportunity to ask you more specific questions.
4. Offer: All going well, in this stage we send you the offer, which includes all the information from salary details, vacation days, and educational budget, to other perks and benefits of collaborating with Infinum.
