Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of related experience; experience may substitute for education up to 4 years.
• Experience maintaining or updating internal systems and digital tools (CMS, survey, CRM, shared docs).
• Ability to translate complex program information into accessible, community-friendly materials.
• Experience engaging homeowners, homebuyers, or community members in programs or services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects across operational/administrative areas.
• Develop and maintain databases for data analysis and research findings.
• Prepare recommendations for new or revised policies and process changes.
• Write reports summarizing findings and options.
