Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with a focus on lean workflows.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles to drive improvements.
• High school diploma; certifications in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of graphic printing production staff, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager on training, workflow optimization, and addressing production or personnel concerns within the Graphics Printing department.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma practices to drive improvements in workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall production quality.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and budget constraints.
• Ensure proper training and development programs for staff to maintain high levels of competency and job performance.
• Oversee production control, tracking job progress and ensuring materials and resources are allocated effectively.
