Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Graphics Printing department on the production floor in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will oversee staff, optimize workflows, and apply lean practices to deliver high-quality printed products on schedule.

You’ll collaborate with the Production Manager, coach teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards. This full-time role offers growth, stability, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in lean manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Experience in graphics printing or sign manufacturing is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of graphic printing production staff, ensuring optimal performance and development.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager on training, workflow optimization, and addressing production or personnel concerns.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma practices to drive workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Ensure proper training and development programs for staff to maintain high competency levels.
