Job summary

Veritiv Corporation seeks a Digital Lead Operator to operate and maintain digital printing equipment, supervise the press room team, and assist the Digital Manager in daily operations. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to coordinate workflow across departments.

Preference given to candidates with bilingual English/Spanish communication, knowledge of Vutek/Pre‑Press, and experience with Monarch and ERP software.

Qualifications

• Identify problems and craft creative solutions independently.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Knowledge of Monarch and ERP software is a plus; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing presses and cutting machines.
• Read job tickets and meet customer specs and deadlines.
• Maintain logs and documentation for production activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust to complete jobs.
• Perform regular press maintenance and changeovers.
• Supervise daily production area to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality targets.
• Plan work flow and ensure safe, efficient operations and clean shop floor.
