Job summary

RR Donnelley (RRD) is seeking an experienced operator for high-resolution print production in the United States. You will program, run, and monitor inkjet/ digital print jobs, maintain logs, and ensure color accuracy and quality per customer specs.

Responsibilities include preparing jobs, adjusting image quality, and coordinating supplies and inventory. A background in digital print systems and color theory is required, with strong problem solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital print and/or inkjet imaging equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to diagnose and correct operating problems affecting quality and timeliness.
• Strong understanding of color theory and ability to adjust color to customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate high resolution, variable print equipment and prepare jobs for printing.
• Maintain daily production logs and delivery manifests.
• Set up, program, and release jobs from the print queue.
• Adjust image position, color quality, and finishing per job specs.
• Monitor output quality and correct issues to meet customer requirements.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
