Job summary

The UPS Store #8347 in Finneytown, Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a dependable associate to support digital print production and customer service in our new store. You will operate Ricoh printers, produce print orders, and assist customers with pricing and project prep.

Training will be provided to learn Ricoh equipment and store procedures. Location: The UPS Store #8347, 8528 Winton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail are required.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, or graphic design is preferred.
• Interest in digital printing, production, or customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Willingness to learn Ricoh equipment and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ricoh IM C6010SD and IM C6010 color multifunction printers.
• Produce customer print orders, including flyers, brochures, business documents, and marketing materials.
• Prepare PDF files, adjust print settings, and inspect completed jobs for quality.
• Assist with scanning, copying, and available print finishing services.
• Help customers with printing needs, order preparation, and pricing.
• Maintain print supplies and perform basic equipment upkeep.
• Support shipping, packaging, and front-counter operations when needed.
