Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group. You will use asynchronous chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and support shared decision making.

We offer flexible scheduling, malpractice tail coverage, and remote work with MO licensure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience after residency in complex or primary care
• Experience with digital-first healthcare and virtual medicine
• Interest in innovative models balancing evidence-based care with creativity
• Proficient with technology to deliver virtual care; stack includes Google Suite and Slack
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; MO license with ability to obtain other licenses

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients with complex and chronic illnesses using the proprietary clinician-patient platform
• Deliver compassionate care to patients aged 0–100 across needs including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health
• Work with a diverse patient population and a culture of inclusivity
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems efficiently using data, technology, and resourcefulness
